TCL recently held an educational seminar in the central community which targeted potential users as well as current users of cement. The seminar aimed at covering topics such as Cement Manufacturing Process, Different Types of Cement available at TCL, Proper Use of Cement in Mix Designs, Use of Water in the Mix, Making Concrete and Avoiding Common Problems in Concrete. Facilitated at the Chaguanas Borough Corporation, with the Mayor of Chaguanas present for the opening, the seminar was well attended and very informative. This was the first of a series of educational community seminars in the coming months. The target audiences include Contractors, Masons, "Do-it-Yourselfers", Engineers, Road Officers and Foremen.
